Left the apartment in immaculate condition and tried scamming me on my deposit. Had to threaten taking them to court to get some of my money back. Seems like the property was managed by only one person from a personal number. Did not speak english, whenever I had a problem would say they would get back to me and do nothing or just straight up hang up. What a joke of a business. I have reported them to the BBB
Don’t bother because you won’t get your security deposit back. Lived In building 660 NE 88th terrace. Left the apartment SPOTLESS and they still took over 1/3 of the deposit with no explanation. Then tried to contact their office- ignored. Don’t waste your time
I’ve been a tenant at a property managed by Somari Property Management, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. Despite submitting multiple maintenance requests — including a dryer that’s been unusable since early August and a refrigerator that stopped cooling on October 6 — I received little to no response from management for weeks. DO NOT RENT ANY PROPERTIES UNDER SOMARI MANAGEMENT. YOU WILL REGRET IT. They are not even worthy of one star. They do not care for the properties or their tenants. 1980 Biarritz has a severe termite infestation they refuse to deal with. We had major water damage in our apartment due to leaks in the roof among a laundry list of other issues. We had to threaten legal action in order to them for fix the bare minimum of these issues and they refused to release us from our lease without penalty.
