DO NOT RENT ANY PROPERTIES UNDER SOMARI MANAGEMENT. YOU WILL REGRET IT. They are not even worthy of one star. They do not care for the properties or their tenants. 1980 Biarritz has a severe termite infestation they refuse to deal with. We had major water damage in our apartment due to leaks in the roof among a laundry list of other issues. We had to threaten legal action in order to them for fix the bare minimum of these issues and they refused to release us from our lease without penalty. Worst Property Management I have ever had to deal with. DO NOT MOVE TO ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIES !!!! These are the conditions they had me living in and never came to repair even after multiple maintenance requests. There is mold everywhere. They have also tried to take money from my deposit after leaving the apartment in the condition it was given to me. RUN!!!!!!
Frankly it is the worst experience you can have. They do not answer phones, they do not answer messages, they lie all the time, they never return your deposit, they are unprofessional and much more
