The front desk and the ppl who take weight, BP, and update your chart is rude as hell. They talk to much among themselves rather than acknowledging the patient unless you are someone the have a employee and patient relationship. They make you wait a long time before being seen. They have a favoritism vibe going. All my vvc appt was canceled by clinic because the time agreed upon was at least 2-3 hours different. It takes days for a return call if lucky to receive one.
