Wow, worth the 45 min drive. We had several bites, and there was only one I didn’t care for, but I’ve never been I go Uni. The lightly seared Toro... wow! The Scallop with quail egg, excellent. The Japanese flounder, to dye for. We ate the duck sous vide, Maldi Champagne roll, the ham & egg... Uni is not my thing, but it was good enough to eat again. And the finally...
