Absolutely unacceptable experience!!!! I spoke with someone named Ellie R ( Elisabetha R) who falsely presented herself as a medical doctor, when in reality she is an medical assistant. Misrepresenting credentials in a healthcare setting is extremely concerning and unprofessional. She dismissed my mother’s symptoms and downplayed what was clearly an important concern, stating it was not urgent. Do not allow your insurance to place you here! The doctor is ok The front staff is not helpful, they have an attitude and hang up the phone on you. They almost never answer. The most unprofessional staff I’ve had to encounter. Your medicine and referrals are never sent in. And then you have to contact them for them so a stressful cycle of hell. Had to call my insurance and change them

Trust all the other bad reviews on here! I should have. I’m done with this medical practice. My husband and I scheduled physicals at the start of the year with Dr. Davoudian specifically, but after waiting over 90 minutes, we were placed in the same exam room as if we were being seen together—which was completely inappropriate. On top of that, we never even saw Dr. Davoudian; we were seen by an NP. While she was fine, I would have rescheduled if I’d known I wouldn’t see the doctor I requested.
