They charged me 100$ for my free blood work.
Horrible service, don't communicate and when you ask a question they act like your taking up their time. I actually witnessed an elderly man being denied a last minute consultation because they were "busy" and the man literally said all i want is adjustment on my depression medication - i need help. MENTAL HEALTH was not a good enough reason to help the man!!!
Horrible customer service, the phone lines are always busy and if you get through they put you on hold for even longer time , had a phone appointment at 4:20 pm they never called me when I called them at 4: 35 they put me on hold till 5 and then a message that they are closed . No respect for the patients time.
Cuando el Sr Davoudian estaba al frente de la clínica todo era mejor. Aunque siempre el personal ha sido deficiente y sin experiencia. Jamás devuelven llamadas, no contestan el teléfono. Me hice exámenes en Mayo y estamos a mediados de agosto y hasta recibí la llamada de la NP Elizabeth para resultados. Mi chart de resultados incompletos. Hace 11 días me envió nuevos exámenes y aun no me llega nada...ni mi asegurada ha recibido nada de parte de ellos. Voy a cambiar de clínica.
