Wanted to share that I had 2 sessions of healing Thai yoga massage with Jan in May and my shoulders haven’t felt this good in years! Restored range of motion and function, went from years of chronic pain to virtually pain free. I am in awe of what he achieved with lasting results and am so grateful for and appreciative of his skills. A very different type of massage experience that I thought I’d try on a whim - so worth it!!

Dr Mary Choi and her Team are truly an east side gem! I’ve been seeing Dr Mary Choi since 2019 and she has been so supportive and helpful with my health journey. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and a wonderful person. I’ve also started seeing Simon, Osteopath for my back and he is really helping with my back pain. Highly recommend Soma and Soul if you are looking for health practitioners in the east side. Bonus: Lots of parking in a free parking lot!
