The manager Heather is rarely in the office and doesn’t answer the phone (sometimes on purpose). She would have people sitting on her couch for tours but she had gone home for the day! So I would try to tell them about the pros of the property-which isn’t much. Mold in my sister’s room the washes and dryer were out for months. One way in & same way out
It was a beautiful complex, it appeared very put together.
I'm very happy at Stone Pointe Apartments. It's kept up very well, wonderful maintenance!! John and Mel are great, if any problems they are solved quickly. I have been here for 7 yrs. I love my large balcony, near a lot of shopping/Hospital, etc. Best price in town!! I feel at home!! I recommend Stone Pointe!!!
