Charged my partner a whole month’s worth of rent on the day he’d already arranged to move out and kicked him out on the very same day with an email that stated he was trespassing. These people are lucky they haven’t been rated by the BBB or sued.
The manager Heather is rarely in the office and doesn’t answer the phone (sometimes on purpose). She would have people sitting on her couch for tours but she had gone home for the day!
