Ghetto "treatment center." It's not accredited by CARF (or ANY accreditation agency for that matter! I wonder why...) Bed bugs here, roaches, and mice. They serve clients Ramen Noodles and bologna for lunch, and cheap pork chops or chicken legs for dinner. Every day. Every night. Clients cook themselves. If there's no good cooks in the house, you don't eat. They LOCK THE FOOD UP!! You cannot even eat any of their food for snacks. They tell you to have your family bring you food and drinks!!! I can't believe people are speaking so horribly about Solutions and especially bad mouthing Ms.Clotee of all people. If it wasn't for solutions I'd for sure be dead right now. I went through the program and completed it twice. I stayed for 30 days and completed then went to Grace Centers of Hope straight after and Grace kicked me out, not for using but for not following their rules and I would've gone to jail if Clotee wouldn't have allowed me to come back to solutions to finish out my time there. This place is absolutely a nightmare. It is a failure an embarrassing. People are drinking alcohol and doing drugs, sleeping with the co workers. The owner Clotee picks and chooses who she likes and wants to be there. She gets paid to let clients leave the facility to go party and hang out with whoever they want. Everybody in the house has their own cell phones, this place is a joke. Horrible!!
Well I would give it 0 but that's not possible, there was a very rude woman working named Yolanda Burnett, she was pushy, mean, and just downright rude. She was making threats, cussing in front of children, calling names and I wouldn't allow a person like that to work for me EVER!
Just did a dirty thirty day stay here this place sucks
