RecommendedI’ve been going to Solutions for about 2.5 years now and I couldn’t be happier! I always see Danielle, one of the master stylists! She does a phenomenal job every time and always knows exactly what I want. I usually go with a blonde balayage and she nails it every time. I highly recommend going to Solutions and seeing her :)

way over priced for a terrible job. spent $36 on a gel manicure that chipped with in 2 days, when i called and complained they said they can’t give my money back. wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody

Had a facial and just took whoever was available. They put me with Wanda and she was amazing. She took her time, didn’t speak at all (No one wants to be disturbed getting a facial), and she seemed to really take pride in what she does. Best Facial Ever and I’ve had lots!👍🏼😜

I've been going to solutions for years but for a while now, have been very disappointed in the customer service and the quality of my haircuts. My hair appointment in the fall (w/ Ashleigh, I believe), was awful. It hurt so bad when she was combing through my hair and she barely spoke to me. I went back today, Saturday 6/30, only because I had money left on a gift card and didn't want it to go to waste. My appointment was with Emily, a new Talent, and I am very pleased with my results! Ashleigh is the best � I've been going here for years and have never walked away disappointed!
I really want to like solutions but after trying them for the third time last night, I just don’t. I believe the hair stylist I had was named Ashley. She was extremely heavy handed with the comb. Ouch. Also, she cut my hair slightly shorter on one side of my head towards the front. When I asked about it she told me it was because I part my hair on the side.
