I've been a customer for a few years now, I used to go to Jamie and Amber. First Jamie left then Amber left. My experience since then has been the unacceptable. I have had someone different every time I go in. The customer service has been subpar. I always I get to my appointment a few minutes early and end up waiting at least 20 minutes. Today my daughter waited 20 minutes and I waited 25 minutes. We were scheduled for a 50 minute pedicure. We were both done in 35 minutes and we walked out paying $110.
