Solutions Real Estate did a horrible job managing my property. I had to fire them recently because they did not take care of the property, their accounting system did not correctly show what was happening with finances and was months behind, they approved repairs/replacement appliance without my approval which was above the amount in our management agreement, they and they changed the rent without my written agreement. Stay way away from this company!

Hello this One star review was intended for Bill Lanfer in regards to failure to respond timely when attempting a purchase transaction. Because of this I withdrew my offer timely within my option period with all the legal paperwork submitted before the close of business on option day 5. Despite attempts made from the Title company to assist in having the client he is representing sign my release of earnest funds, I am still awaiting resolution.

I did not get my Security deposit check back or even explanation after more than a month of trying to contact them. I will fight this to the limit and will do small claim court or anything to get my money back. the money they try to steel from me
