These folks are practicing "RED LINE" discrimination tactics. We called and asked for their availability for one property in Shelby and was told they were not available but they had another available on LaFayette, which is in a nice part of town. In less than 8 MINUTES my spouse and I went by the apartment complex, decided we liked the area, and went to Property Solutions to get a showing as instructed by the older lady on the phone. I agree with the discrimination post... I also currently live in "dirty chesterfield" lol but my apartment (The only decent one here) is remodeled with farm wood flooring etc...bugs are around from time to time also the grass is taller than myself.. They are the worst property management by far! A lot of miscommunication goes on..
