Every time something happens with a unit from the upstairs property they manage they always take they time to fix the issue this is the second time I have had a issue with this company cause the tenants they rent to has a water leak coming from up stairs last time it took about two weeks to fix the issue in my master Baffin a leak this time it been over a week they keep say they trying to get somebody out to complete the work after the plumber fixed the water leak and now I just got a hole in my ceiling and it smells like mi... read more
I've been renting through them for about 5 years now , I've never had any issue that wasn't addressed immediately and their staff is very friendly, Mrs Kora is a gentlewoman with a sweet and kind spirit !
We've been very happy with Solutions as our landlords in Las Vegas. They respond to every issue we have on the same day - including some tough ones like air conditioners going out during the summer or the refrigerator freezing over. They are quick to replace appliances with no questions asked. Reading about some of the terrible things other landlords are doing in Las Vegas and elsewhere to hit tenants with fees for garbage or other usually included items as back-door rent increases made me think to come here and give them a ... read more
If I could give this company 10 stars I would. With 40+ years experience with rental properties requiring long distance management, without reservation, Chris Page and his team are the best with whom I have ever worked. He has been managing my property since 2010 and there has never been a problem that wasn't addressed promptly and cost effectively. Fees are fair and appropriate. Tenant selection has always been great. Seriously, this is the best company and tenants have been happy with them as well.
Just finished renting a property from Solutions for the last 3 years. Never a problem, they sent maintenance crews when necessary. Kora is so easy to deal with. Definitely would be confident in using them again.
