Chris Page has managed my property in Las Vegas for For 20 years. He has found many long-term tenants and provided the best service I have ever encounter in a property manager. I have been renting through Solutions for about a year and half. I moved to their property after a disastrous experience with a former owner and property manager. Chris and Kora have been so quick to respond to any issues that have arisen and have been available even when it should be "after hours" Thank you to them for restoring my faith in human decency with regards to tenants!
We've been very happy with Solutions as our landlords in Las Vegas. They respond to every issue we have on the same day - including some tough ones like air conditioners going out during the summer or the refrigerator freezing over. They are quick to replace appliances with no questions asked. I've been renting through them for about 5 years now , I've never had any issue that wasn't addressed immediately and their staff is very friendly, Mrs Kora is a gentlewoman with a sweet and kind spirit !
If I could give this company 10 stars I would. With 40+ years experience with rental properties requiring long distance management, without reservation, Chris Page and his team are the best with whom I have ever worked. He has been managing my property since 2010 and there has never been a problem that wasn't addressed promptly and cost effectively. Fees are fair and appropriate. Tenant selection has always been great. Seriously, this is the best company and tenants have been happy with them as well.
