I have nothing but great things to say about this company, from Joe fielding all of our questions and then Dawn making sure we moved in the day we wanted to. You don’t come across many professionals who seem to enjoy their job and helping people and that’s not the case here! They have excellent communication, and they’re very prompt! 10/10 I will always recommend this company and amazing staff! They take away a lot of the stress from moving! Thank you guys so much for all that you do & have done!
Joe Gibson is extremely difficult to get in contact with. In our 1-year of working with Solutions, he had approved work being done on our home and charged it against our account without presenting us with quotes, has ignored our attempts to reach him on multiple occasions, and now as we are trying to sell our home - does not know the name or contact for our realator that he should be collaborating with (whom he has met in person multiple times and has been added to a group message with).
