We had a tricky situation where a larger bird was trapped between the duct and the bathroom ceiling fan. Mat from Solutions Pest Control came up with a solution to remove the bird safely and with the utmost respect for a living creature. The bird was freed and released outdoors. So thankful to Mat and Solutions Pest Control for their prompt service and attention. Such a pleasure dealing with your company!
The property management company hired this company (if you can call it that) and they did half the work they were suppose to do (meaning they were suppose to do pest control for multiple units but only did one) Then they went back and charged the same amount for spending 10 mins time (over $500 dollars) Hired Orkin Peat control and they charged less for more traps and also outside traps as well as XCLUDER door bottoms.
