This is a wonderful service for the families of elderly people. When my mother's ability to care for herself was declining, I needed professional advice about how much assistance she needed. A wonderful nurse scheduled an appointment that occurred within 48 hours. My mother, a suspicious sort, did not even know she was being evaluated. I got a written report within a few days and a referral to an excellent placement service.
