RENTER BEWARE! These other reviews are either BOTS or they were incentived to leave a good review. It's been 8 months now and we still don't have a mail room, our pet spa is still not open, we have limited access to the pool, our new appliances have broken twice now, and the outdoor grills are unavailable. We bought a new door mat and a month later they put out a notice that all doormats are prohibited which is frustrating, because there is dirt everywhere as a result of incomplete landscaping causing us to vacuum the house ... read more
