I moved into Soluna on 5/24 and was offered a generous set of concessions that added up to more than two months of free rent. While the dog wash station and pool are still unavailable due to ongoing construction, management took a positive step by issuing a one-time $500 credit and temporarily waiving trash and internet fees, which are worth about $100 per month. We have just moved into the new Soluna apartments! They are truly amazing!! Not just the apartment itself but the staff as well. We have had the pleasure of working with Hans, Jill and Heather who have been nothing but welcoming to not only us but our pups as well. Playing with them and giving them water and us refreshments right when we got there to make sure everything and we were well taken care of and it just made us feel right at home we knew this was the best decision choosing to make this our new home!!
