My family and I went to this store Saturday July 1st around 1:40pm roughly. We walked in and went directly to the ray-bans first because that’s what we needed. There was only one lady working and was currently waiting on a couple. We were not greeted when we entered. We were in the store maybe for about 10-15 minutes while waiting/browsing. As another reviewer stated - tried on sunglasses and went back at 5:30 to purchase and store was dark and closed. Online hours list as open until 6 and there are no hours on the door. Every other shop in the outlet was open - it was if they just decided they were done for the day and left when they wanted to. Very unprofessional Also see reviews under Solstice Sunglass Outlet on google - they are for the same store.
My husband bought me sunglasses that had a crack in them and they refuse to return or replace the glasses.
