Mismanaged, and while the chef is an ill tempered primadona with crappy tattoos, he is not a celebrity chef, but he certainly acts like one. I could hear him berating the server, he thinks he’s a real tough guy. Not comped for my burnt steak. I would have had a better meal eating the money I wasted there
Food was great. The only issues I had was that it was so dark in there & it was so cold. The AC was so high.
Fantastic food and service. We sat at the bar and chatted with some friendly people who all seemed to be frequent customers, and I can tell why! My husband had the duck and said it was the best he’s ever had. I had the Chicken and it was cooked perfectly. Bar service is impeccable. We will be back for sure!
Solstice is one of the prime Restaurant on the South Shore. Great food, great service!
Have not visited in years but our recent visit was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend the Spring Pasta with mini veal meatballs. Our waiter Eric was the “definition of perfect waitstaff” He was knowledgeable about the menu along with a charismatic personality.
My wife, and I visit Solstice with some degree of regularity, as we did last night. As always Craig's drinks were perfect, the food incredible, ( I can never get past the duck. ) and Eric's service above reproach. We brought some old friends for their first visit and I can assure you that they'll be back. Now if you could just get some Samuel Adams Lager...
My husband and I went here for the first time last night. We were looking for an upscale restaurant without having to drive to Boston and we found it! The service was great and the atmosphere was perfect. The entrees are creative and well thought out. We got the pork buns for an app and they were amazing. Even the coffee ice cream was perfect! Thank you for making our anniversary dinner special. Looking forward to our next visit.
