We have been enjoying breakfast and lunch at Solstice since they opened. Love, love, love. Matt, Lucas and Brooke you have created a wonderful alternative in our little town. Inventive food. Great service. Warm atmosphere. Our first dinner was perfect and can't wait to return to try out more!
I love this place for breakfast and lunch. Fresh and you can tell everything is made from scratch. Just had dinner there and WOW! The cocktails are made in house with crazy good combinations. I had a gin cocktail with homemade pineapple sage liquor. My Brazilian steak was wonderful. Every course was better than the last. Highly recommend!
From the service to the food! Everything was amazing! Brunch poutine and the biscuits are so good! The blood orange mimosa is the best way to start the day off! Great place in a great area!
Yummy breakfast with my sweetie at Solstice Restaurant this morning. My spinach, ramp, mushroom, chèvre omelet was so good I forgot to take a picture! Love the attention to detail here, and that they locally source much (all?) of their goods. Juan had the omelet with house-made chorizo, carrots, red bell pepper and chichuachua cheese - also delicious. If you are in the area, it's definitely a place to try out.
What a great little lunch spot! Friendly and comfortable, with delicious food that was obviously made with care. Had the chicken cordon bleu wrap and some tasty fries.
