So happy that Solstice is offering dinner. They offer very creative and delicious menu items. Dined on 6/30/18 and had an outstanding dinner. It started with some of their special cocktails, which were very good. The fried squash flowers and mussels with lamb sausage were also very good. The smoked brisket ravioli in bacon tomato sauce was excellent and very flavorful. The season fish was a trout that was very good as well. Our server, Laura was a pleasure. Love that this restaurant is part of the community. Of course the food is excellent, but they have also gone out of their way to really integrate themselves into community events as well. I love having breakfast/brunch here and looking forward to dinner as well.
Never had a bad meal here. We drive out from Buffalo Grove just to have the food. We love it!
