The costumer service representative was very unprofessional, everytime I took my car in came back with a different issue, when I asked for an explanation they didn't have a reason why i ask to speak to a manager and they stated that the place was run for themselves that there was no manager that i could talk to PJ was very rude and disrespectful over the phone and hung up on me ,, out of nothing as a woman they were very misogynistic i do not recommend coming to this place, I asked for an explanation because the first time m... read more

I find everyone there friendly and professional. When asking a question they give you a proper informative explanation letting you decide. All work is professionally done and I am very happy with them.
I have had a full dyno tune done here for my 07 335i and the turn around and attention to detail was fantastic. Very thorough and worth every penny. I also had a full 4-wheel alignment done this morning while I waited. Handle quickly and professionally. Thank you PJ and Boris for running such a professional group of shops!

Where do I start?? I own a BMW x5 diesel..After 8 months going from shop to shop trying to make my car work right, I stopped by solo motorsports yesterday and I tell you, i have not met more knowledgeable and professional and most importantly honest techs than at solo.. What the other mechanics couldn't do in months These guys did it in 24hrs... Huge thanks to Boris, he saved me from trading my bmw in..thank you very much !! Will defenetly be back!!
