There are very few places that provide the service that we experienced at Solomon’s. The owner was busy with a customer but made sure to greet us and acknowledge our presence. He then proceeded to engage with us and explain the different types of flooring available and suggested what would be suitable without upselling. The next time we went back in store we met his wife who again was so well mannered and attentive. Seriously if you go to the other flooring shops then walk into these guys you will feel like you are on a different customer service planet. Very knowledgeable and helpful on all things flooring and were extremely flexible laying our house in 3 seperate stages. Highly recommended!
Went into the store last week, arranged with store employee for them to come out to my place with samples at 0900hrs on 04/09/25. The employee repeated the time and address to me again. Come 0915 hrs on 04/09/25 - no show. Call Solomon's - speak to Tony who advises that the employee informs him that no-one checked and that is why they did not show up. Tony offered to reschedule.
