After calling MULTIPLE dentist offices and either getting sent to the voicemail or being booked up until late August I was able to get my boyfriend an appointment at this location. Simzci was super helpful and went above and beyond and was able to get him in last minute for an extraction appointment. Thought we were going to have to wait for hours in the waiting room but was promptly greeted and checked in by Crystal and was in a room in under 20 minutes. My son needed an emergency procedure. I didn’t realize that pediatric dentists don’t generally work on Fridays. Our dentist was out of town and there was literally no one else who could do it. We drove over an hour from Kiawah Island because they were our only choice. I have to say that we had a remarkable experience. Dr. Gillian did a fantastic job. Stephanie made me feel SO great today! I had waited much longer than I should have for my teeth to be cleaned. She & Dr. Fischer took very good care of me and I'll be back soon to have a tooth repaired. Very pleased with the cleaning & exam today.
Very helpful staff and they get the patients through efficiently. Great location for general dentistry.
