They are awesome!! Staff always make you feel welcome and at home. This was by far one of the best decision I made! STICKING WITH MY SOLOMON TEAM!!!
We have always had a hard time getting an appointment If you need to reschedule they can't find another slot for over six months nor have they ever been able to work us in if it is an emergency. I've been called numerous times to reschedule and bumped from appointments for being outside or in the ladies room when called. But the most amazing thing was the receptionist yelling on her phone in the parking lot today. Time to find a new dentist!!

My daughter has a horrible toothache was told to come in had a 3 hour wait on the phone with me and the manager told her she could go elsewhere amy said she was not talking to her and the manager told her she would beat her ass invited her outside the dentist comes out and told my daughter she was acting like a fucking bitch.... Real professional !!!! I still can't believe they would say that to her....

Worst customer service in this dental office. My son had an EMERGENCY case of tooth ache and swollen right check, pain unbearable and after 2 hrs waiting, ask receptionist how long before My son can be seen by the Doctor, She said 20 minuted after 20 minutes, "it's not her fault that David had a pain" and I was rude to ask again. Her mannerism in Healthcare CSR was anything but professional. we went to the another Dr's office for the treatment. I asked her name she said "She don't have to give her name".
Love their hours!! Cracked a tooth and needed root canal. I got in after work and Dr Solomon was nice, gentle, and funny.
