Update: I responded to the reply below via email 7 days ago and heard nothing back. Great example of the lack of care. Took over 6 months just to get onboarded because they were overly focused on insurance before even allowing scheduling. The process was frustrating and dragged on with constant back-and-forth. I was assigned a therapist without any input, and it was a poor fit.
