I had the honour of designing my engagement ring reset, wedding band and custom bracelet with solitaire. Alex and Arbi are very professional and knowledgeable and great to work with. I had such fun designing these pieces that will now be family heirlooms. I am very happy with how the pieces turned out and they are made with amazing craftsmanship. I cannot wait to work with them for future custom jewelry projects.

I cannot recommend Alex and Arbi enough to customize rings or any jewelry. The collection of gemstones exceeded my expectations and I knew I would find the right stone for me. They are very patient and attentive to detail. They will make your vision come to life. I felt they were efficient with their process and were able to finish my ring in a few weeks! At first, I was a bit hesitant to go with a custom option given the higher prices but in hindsight, the product quality and customer service that I received was well beyond what I paid for. Alex and Arbi did a fantastic job creating our custom engagement ring. We gave them our vision and requirements in which they exceeded in bringing to life. Arbi was heavily involved from helping picking out the perfect color/shape/size of the main diamond, to the designs of the engagement and wedding band. The whole process was easy and welcoming, would highly recommend.
