Yesterday, I had an appointment for an ultrasound, and I was disappointed with the service I received. The technician seemed disinterested and rushed through the procedure. The ultrasound of one breast was completed in just three minutes, and when the technician informed me it was over, I had to remind them that the other breast had yet to be examined. My appointment went smoothly and promptly. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions. The radiologist was also friendly and explained the mammogram well. I will use them again.
Rude scheduler's. 7/9/2012 at around 3:20 pm I called to schedule a mammogram to be greeted by a rude female voice. She was very impatient, had a very rude attitude and was almost like yelling at me.
