A little tricky. key card is in a box and the code is sent to you. Place and room was dated. Customer service was very accommodating and helpful. Room was large, with plenty of space. Location was very close to the harbor we were using. I would book again if needed. I would recommend, but lower your expectations a little.
We really enjoyed our stay at Solis Place. Convenient and quick check-in. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a small kitchen with a set of dishes. Good cleaning. Quiet neighbors. Convenient location: close to the airport and the city center. There are cafes and restaurants nearby. Wonderful and hospitable hosts. We recommend this place and will definitely come back to live here on our next visit to San Diego! Thank you!

Staying here was probably one of the best decisions I could've made for my stay in San Diego. For starters the customer service is great and the property manager is easy to reach if you need anything. These rooms are also affordable, especially for such a good location in the middle of San Diego. It is relatively close to the airport and is within walking distance of several local shops and restaurants which was very convenient as I flew here and don't have a personal vehicle.
