Lafayette LA - The place I've been going to for 30 years was bought out by Solis 2 years ago and kept the same check-in/waiting procedures until today. Check in is NOT confidential. Then you go to the back and wait with 9, yes 9, other people waiting too! This is simply not acceptable! I was literally stunned by the # WAITING I'm usually there for 20 minutes maximum. If you go to a Solis location to have any services done like an ultrasound, mammogram, etc, please keep a receipt of what they charge you. I paid $300 because they said that was my portion we'd after speaking with Aetna. I then find out by looking at my Aetna portal that Aetna paid 100% of the claim. I have tried for a week to get my refund. Made several calls and got bounced around to other Solis people. Still no refund. The front desk worker is rude! To come to a location to handle such a sensitive matter and be met with such negative nasty energy should be addressed. When working in customer service you are there to serve a customer and make the interaction as neutral as possible more positive if you could bare to achieve that. Maybe back office would be more suited for such an irritated, inpatient Cold individual. If you don’t like your job quit. Your attitude is nasty and I pray you don’t handle others that way.
I went to different Solis locations for years. This past year went to Allen location and was told they do not do certain testing , rescheduled to Plano and was told by doctor there I am untrustworthy became I do not so self exams monthly, went to Frisco location after the negative experience at Plano location and a doctor there never returned my calls . Poor customer experience, never going back UT southwestern is very professional.
The techs are fine. I am sure they want what’s best for their patients. However, the billing department and the main offices and everything else about this company is absolutely horrible. Do not use them.
