UPDATE I am on over two weeks waiting for the results. I have gotten a ton of excuses but no answers. Round Rock center does not return calls and I am up to my second request to hear from the center director with no results or communication. Now calling daily to be told no idea why I haven’t gotten my results and the service center cannot get anyone to answer the phone or respond either. Avoid, avoid , avoid. I cannot get any results.
