My overall experience during my mammogram with Solis was great from beginning to end!
UPDATE I am on over two weeks waiting for the results. I have gotten a ton of excuses but no answers. Round Rock center does not return calls and I am up to my second request to hear from the center director with no results or communication. Now calling daily to be told no idea why I haven’t gotten my results and the service center cannot get anyone to answer the phone or respond either. Avoid, avoid , avoid. I cannot get any results. Avoid, avoid , avoid. I cannot get any results. I was told that I should get them quickly but a week at the most. Called due to no results and left messages with zero response. Main customer service said well a week does not include the weekend and it may take 10 days now. They also cannot get anyone to answer the phone at the Round Rock location. Of course I can’t go anywhere else and no idea when the results will appear.
