I am very disappointed in Solis Billing. It took them 1 second to take my payment that they never should have been given in the first place, but they want 8 weeks to give you a credit back. There is no way they are validating the correct payment information that should be received from the insurance companies. When I called and questioned them about it, I was told that I have to ask for the credit back. Help it make sense. Billing at this place has been a nightmare! It’s been almost a month and I have called three times, but they have yet to bill my insurance.
Their insurance and billing does a horrible job of running your insurance and overcharged me almost $500. Their billing team phone has been down for over a month and I have not been able to get in contact with anyone in that time. I would never ever go to Solis again
Horrible people who are out to steal your money. Eventhough our deductible was met they collected more money because in their words their billing department has not caught upto it yet. The staff is rude and good for nothing. They keep repeating the same thing over and over again without showing any empathy.
Today at 215pm at the Firewheel Location a Receptionist younger white female wearing glasses with short hair announced that anyone who wasn't a patient had to stand up. Keep in mind elderly people with their love ones had to stand up while there were four empty chairs available. This was truly unprofessional and showed no regards of empathy. Receptionist was rude! Management needs to address!!
