Terrible customer service. These people will give you nothing but the runaround and you can never get a manager on the phone. I would give the 0 stars if I could.
The billing department is ridiculous! I have never received a refund! They owe me over $100 and never gave it to me! It's impossible to get money back for them! That's just for starters! Hopefully you don't get horrible results put in your patient portal and told you have cancer before you were even called! This company sucks!
I am very disappointed in Solis Billing. It took them 1 second to take my payment that they never should have been given in the first place, but they want 8 weeks to give you a credit back. There is no way they are validating the correct payment information that should be received from the insurance companies. When I called and questioned them about it, I was told that I have to ask for the credit back. Help it make sense.
