Absolutely the worst home-buying experience I’ve ever had. Once the sale was complete, it felt like Tri Pointe Homes completely stopped caring about customer satisfaction. The one-year warranty has been nothing but frustration. I submitted numerous warranty items within the warranty period, yet many of them were never properly scheduled, there was little to no communication about when repairs would happen, and appointments were poorly managed.
