Worst place to live in Vegas for the price. Thought it was nice and the management was cool in the beginning but that all changed when I signed my lease. They have an infestation of roaches, scorpions, and bed bugs and won't do anything about it! On top of that management is RUDE AS HELL! Very disrespectful staff here, ESPECIALLY the head manager. Its infested with scoprions and roaches old owners did a better job keeping the bug problem to a minimum. Maintanance sucks, never answer the phones, and when i needed them to spray for insects it took them almost a month. Renovations apt are ok but expensive.They moving in anybody in them. And on april 18 someone got shot in them now mind you I've been there almost 6yrs and i ready to move asap
Wow, thought it would be nice? Saw a guy get murdered here Monday April 18th. I have a camera that may have caught the men who did this. Due to maintence ordered being ignored 3 times my camera did not catch ANY of this. I got stung by a scorpion 3weeks ago. A real bad cast at the leasing office.
