If I could give a zero I would. We've lived here since 2012 and there is no customer loyalty or support. Our rent has been getting out of control getting raised every year. I have a multitude of issues that maintenance hasn't "gotten to it yet". They have 3 beautiful pools but never open all of them, I keep finding glass in the dog park so I refuse to take my dogs there anymore, there's garbage and feces all over the property, scorpians all over, and I'm now wishing we never have moved here. This place is horrible. The staff ignored you when you need them. It takes maintaince forever to fix something. If you can fix it yourself you might as well, cause it'll take over a month for maintaince to come to your place I'm still waiting on them to fix things from the first time they tried to fix it. And they left a mess. And not only the maintaince guy walked into my place after I told them not to.
They got me in real fast, no one else would take me because I wasn't present, but there maintaince.. well I've been in a 95 degree apartment for 4 days now
