Thank you for your amazing services! I am a returning patient and I can say I’m glad I’ve returned! I was taken care of by an amazing call center representative that got me in for my emergency the same day, checked in by Alyssa in the Hartford office (she is AMAZING), Jenny was so patient centered and attentive which made a scary situation less scary and the Doctor checked me out and now I’ll be ready for my emergency surgery! Thank you Ladies, you all made me feel comfortable and understood
The front desk really is really rude and unprofessional, she don’t acknowledge you, she leaves standing there for 10 minutes, just ignoring you. Don’t ask you if you there for a pick up or an appointment. Just sits there with a mean face, I don’t know why they have someone like that working there. Won’t come back again. Left without picking up the glasses.
