Working with Solimine Contracting was a great experience. I needed my basement finished, and all the mold removed in a short period of time, and Rick and his team exceeded my expectations. Unlike other carpenters I have worked with in the past, they were always on time and the work was completed with professionalism and perfection. I will be using them to renovate the next part of my house and would recommend them for anybody looking for a reliable contracting company.

The two guy's that did the work, did a great job.
Solimine provided a time table to complete my addition an met it. They were able to handle change requests and unexpected issues easily. Their internal communications could be improved as the office didn't alway communitcate to the workers changes but they alway made it right. They could have cleaned up better when complete but all in all I am very satisfied and would use them again

Never received any feedback regarding the comment about office help and supervisors. Project Manager was on site multiple times during the project as is always the standard operating procedure.
Have not started any work yet - hard to rate yet.
The tile installation was done well. They left the work site in less than desirable state of cleanliness. The regrouting around the tub area was of poor quality,

It was not brought to our attention that the re-grouting was not completed to the customers satisfaction. We would be more then happy to fix the grout.
