Very disappointed in your scheduling services. I had a relaxing special day scheduled for my daughter and I to get a massage. When we got there you only had one of us scheduled. Your only explanation was these things happen. Your idea of compensation was quite sub par as well- 10% off today's services. Your lack of customer service does not make a person want to try your spa again!!
I just had the most amazing Solimar facial done by the talented Emma! If you want to be relaxed and pampered this is the place to go! You deserve it.
