Massage was great but as you can see by the pics no money is being spent to keep the place up. Made an appointment over a month in advance for two specialty facials and two specialty massages. Each month is a different specialty. Booked for November 1st. They were out of October’s special and November’s hadn’t come in yet. Services were discounted and the gal at the front desk was very sweet.
RecommendedJust got done with a 90 minute, much needed, post long flight massage from Alex!!! He dug deep, but was so perfect for my healing process. He was attentive to my different needs and I am scheduled for another one in a week. My body deserved and needed that!!! Bravo!
My daughter and I booked an appointment for pedicures and massages two weeks in advance to our stay at the Radison hotel. The day of our appointment they canceled one appointment saying they could do the other. We were all set to go but then had to change our plans. Who goes and who stays!? So we just canceled. We were very upset.
First time at a Spa & couldn't have been any better! Pedicure was Awesome & Massage was Amazing! Definitely coming back!!!

Beautiful cozy sheik spa with quality services to match the ambiance. Had one of the best massages here. The steam room is a nice treat.
If you have the time for any spa service, I highly recommend this place. I come to the Radisson Blue once a year with friends and, over the years, have had manicures, pedicures, the Solimar facial, and the citrus glow body wrap. My spa visits have taken priority over shopping time at the Mall of America. So nice.
I had a very disappointing experience at Solimar. I received a gift certificate for a pedicure and the end result was horrible. I was invited back for a "re-do" and the "re-do" was even worse than the first pedicure. The customer service was great, but the quality of their services was unacceptable. Although my pedicure was a gift, a $75 pedicure is far too expensive - it was a waste of my friend's money and a waste of my time.
