The customer service definitely exceeds my expectations. On a hot humid day, their service demands are very high, so the repair guy might come over not as early as you expected, but Mr. Lin provided me a lot of useful information and advice on the phone for electronic filter self-cleaning. Very helpful and appreciated, would definitely recommend to others.
