The two-members crew was on time per booking. During the duct cleaning process, I can tell their eagerness to perform with care and thoroughness. They asked to make sure all air registers were located. One thing impressed me was: the crew said to me by pointing to the entrance area inside and said that there should be one register there, which I didn’t quite notice it as it was covered by one of my plastic shoe racks.
