Solidarity outshines every bank in the surrounding area. Their staff helps me feel at ease when making a big purchase. They are fast, friendly, and simply the best!
Solidarity has the WORST customer service. It has the SLOWEST teller service. There are never enough tellers working. It's a management problem. I have accounts in three different banks in Kokomo and time after time the slowest teller service is here.
This is the best bank ever, the employees are wonderful. This is a bank you can trust. I have banked here for over 6 years and will not change for any reason. Thank you Solidarity for being a bank I can trust.
