RecommendedYes like anything you may run into stuff, however they always get with me right away and get it fixed real fast. I have been with them for over 10 years and I am very happy with them. Just this morning I couldn't remember my username and they called me within just a couple of minutes with my question and had it fixed in nothing flat. Love the branch on Southway. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. The branch on Dixon is another story. Went to deposit a check and asked for a new card registration booklet. The little tiny ones you can write your transactions down in. The lady helping me really went back and forth with herself on whether she could give me a new one or not. Lol It seemed so inconvenient for her I wanted to say I'd pay for it if it's that big an issue. I definitely will avoid that branch best I can as long as I'm banking with Solida... read more

Why would they do an update on the weekend where you can’t get a balance, have money transferred into your account, or do any kind of Mobil banking?I have been with Solidarity since I was 7 years old I’m now 37 years old I recently opened a new account elsewhere. There are lots of fees that I have recently been charged for “excess debit fees” I have been with this bank for about 30 years but I would not recommend them
I have been with this bank since I was a freshman in highschool. I really had no major complaints. Now I am in college am trying to save money just to get by my last year. That being said I make transfers often. I just try not to spend too much and limit myself. Recently they made a new "transfer fee" of 5$ on any transfer of your own money.
