norman was very professional and polite when he came to fix our garage door. he replaced both of our broken springs quickly, then tested the door to make sure everything worked smoothly. our safety sensor was also out of alignment, and he took extra time to adjust it so the door would close properly. i really appreciated that he went above and beyond. before calling solid upland doors & gates, i checked with two other companies and they were more expensive. i was surprised to get same day service, which was really convenient... read more

i would recommend this garage door installer to anyone in upland. i called about a problem with my garage door, and gerald, the technician, came out the next morning to fix it. he replaced the parts quickly and suggested that i also change my springs. the whole installation process was handled with great professionalism, and gerald really knew what he was doing. big thanks to everyone who made my experience so good!

after making numerous calls to a big company about my parents' garage door opener, we were still left without a solution. however, just one call and a few text messages to a local garage door service, and norman took care of everything! he was fantastic! if you need help with garage door maintenance, skip the big companies and go directly to a local service. they are quick to respond and really know how to get things done!
