We are pleased with our counter tops. They look great!!!!! Our Service men Mark and Thomas were both very professional. They worked great together. They were very polite and took time to answer any questions we had. They gladly explained to us what they were doing and how to take care of our New Counter Tops. I began the journey to get counter tops back in March of 2015. I went to Lowes and they set up for Surface Products to install the counters. We took off our old counters so all they had to do was install the new. First the sink cut out was done incorrectly. They tried to blame that on me the customer but the person who wrote up the order and the person who measured the counters did not put the type of sink cutout I wanted. After intensive research we went with Surface Products for our kitchen granite countertops. When speaking with sales person we mentioned that we request high quality job and if they're not capable to deliver please do not agree to our project. Their showroom and sales team look very professional and we were very excited about our kitchen. But when we got to a point when they start installation nightmare begins.
