Like my new countertop, but had to have some service to fix an installation glitch. Mark and Thomas made the repair. They worked carefully and with an excellent result.
This review is for Stoneworks in Cornelius--think Surface Products is somehow connected. Horrendous experience. Took 3 weeks, 3 groups of installers, pieces still do not fit properly. Due to their incompetence, our cabinets are scratched and beaten up, new hardwood floors scratched and a pipe under sink left broken. We had no water for days. During all this, there was NO CONCERN from Stoneworks. Damage has still not been repaired and they have no plan to do so. Small claims court is our next stop--beware
Jim was my template guy. Pleasant, professional and well experienced. He gave great tips that got my train back on the track. Fast forward a couple weeks. Here comes the install crew of truck #4 to install the solid surface countertops, Dee, Raheem, and Norberto. I enjoyed every minute of it. These guys were pleasant, thorough, and very attentive to detail. I'm getting full height backsplash which will require a second template and second install visit. Mark and Thomas came out to the Presbyterian-Reformed Ministries, International office today to correct a previous installation issue. They were great! Very easy to work with. What I was most impressed with was that they cleaned up the mess. When the countertops were 1st installed by another installation team there was such a mess that I had to hire a cleaning team on the weekend prior to a big Event her on site. Mark and Thomas Thank you so much for your excellent work today
The counter tops look great. Mark was punctual, called ahead and arrived on time. He explained what he was doing and answered all my questions.
