It has been five months and they still haven’t finished our shop. They required payment before a final inspection (which never happened), cashed the check and now haven’t come back to make the shop up to the standard we were promised in the contract. The concrete was poured incorrectly and we already have massive water stains (in 5 months), the lean to has not been completed appropriately and we have parts for the roof that were never installed. RecommendedIn construction sometimes project problems do arise due to weather, permits, engineering when the county or city wants more clarification, builder issues, etc. If one job gets behind it can throw the whole schedule off. But from my experience SS always comes through with shining colors in the end.
after 2 months still no plans. WOULD NOT LET THIS COMPANY BUILD US AND OUTHOUSE.one dozen times they said we will meet you at your property with planes and an engineer neither of these has ever happened. 2 weeks now and zero contact after we told them to call us when they are at our property and we will come out. dont know how they stay in business . NO WAY TO GET JAMES WARNER THE OWNERS CONTACT INFO TO CALL HIM. all in all just lied to and lead on very sad experance
Commutation has been horrible. The contractor will work for two hours and go home. We signed a contract back in Nov18 and as of today still don’t have a finished barn. Still waiting. The sad thing is no one will accept responsibility for anything. The losing of the plans, not knowing how to install stairs, lack of communication, not picking up the permits. This has been an awful experience.
Great job for what they had to work with, my concrete was not very level but they did an awesome job will refer friends
