Michael and his team were amazing. Personal service from a commercial contractor is rare, but that’s exactly what my company received. Excellent work, great communication (before, during, and after the project), and great follow up any outstanding issues. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone considering a custom commercial steel building.
WARNING!!! THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!! READ THE BAD REVIEWS. LOOK AT THEIR COURT FILINGS. They have lein after lein against them because they don't pay contractors, and then YOU will be stuck with the lean on your building. They will under bid, then cut corners, and then charge change orders for the orignal material you asked for. THEY'RE CRIMINALS. The will call off workers and delay a project until you pay before a project is finished and then never finish.
Solid Steel erected a 50,000 square foot expansion for us. These guys know there stuff. Any minor things in the end on the punch list were cleaned up fast. They'll be doing our next expansion.
