Our A/C condenser went out, and from the moment Lee arrived, we knew we were in good hands. He quickly diagnosed the root cause and was even able to track down a replacement condenser, which was no easy task considering the age of our unit. Solid Rock Heating & AC is a great business. Josh, (owner) is our person who comes to our home for maintenance on AC/Heat and he is thorough, detailed and so professional. Their prices are very fair and just. His wife Tammy is also very sweet and helpful with scheduling-everything. You cannot go wrong with this company, locally owned, and just like their name; their work and results are rock solid. I have piece of mind when they provide any work on my AC/Heat system!!

Although Lee was late due to a previous call, the wait was well worth it. He helped me to understand my whole house humidifier equipment and also helped me to understand the needs of the AC, Furnace and Water Heater. I'll definitely set myself up for regular services from Solid Rock!!

Our home furnace went inoperable this weekend. We called our trusted HVAC company who's been servicing our home and rental properties for a while. Lee quickly identified that the gas valve needed to be replaced. He was also instrumental in educating us on the new and pending Colorado laws impacting HVAC replacements. Solid Rock will be the first call when I need HVAC service.

They were able to come out and assess the issue quickly. They were able to return and repair the issue quickly and it ended up costing LESS than the initial estimate. How often does that happen!!! Fast and friendly service all around - would certainly recommend and use them again.
