Joshua was good to work with and he was able to hit my short time table. He was friendly, honest and made sure all the details were done correctly. I have a tight house and wanted the ducting to be tight as well, Solid Rock listened and gave me the option to do extra sealing. They went above and beyond and sealed all the ducting to a very high level. As an added bonus some of the materials were able to be returned and that was reflected on the final bill, which was great! Charles was my technician, he knows his stuff! Switched out the busted capacitor did some preventative maintenance on the unit. Charles was dressed for the occasion, even had boot covers to save my carpet, we just got done with a hail storm. Yes he drove through a hail storm to service my AC. I love reliable service!

I had five estimates. Rock Solid was not the top nor the bottom, but when he gave me a quote, he was very, very professional and informative. Unlike other sales persons, he wear booties when he came into my house. It’s a family run business, and he was prompt in keeping appointments. He also did some extra work with no additional charge. I have an electro/mechanical background and I’ve dealt with hundreds of contractors. I can say without reservation. He is GREAT!!!! Jesse
