Solid Rock Corp. restored out buildings EPDM roof two years ago. No leaks and their warranty is top notch. 10 year warranty with option to extend with cleaning and retreatment. Rusty and Rob and very professional. Our building was built in the 1950's and we had no idea how long the existing roof had been there. One company stated that it needed to be replaced. We have an approximate 12 x 20 overed deck on the back of our house with a 1-12 pitch (very flat). We tried three-tab shingles and rolled roofing. We could not stop getting the pesky leaks over time. An EPDM roof material was applied and that stopped the leaks for quite a while. However, one or two appeared.
