I do not enjoy car buying process at all due to haggling and barely getting anything for trade-ins, but that was not the experience at all at Solid Rock. This was my best experience buying a used car. They gave me great value for my trade-in without haggling about it and gave me an excellent price for the car I was interested without haggling about it. Yes I have bad credit but he wouldn't even tell me or call back to say hey sorry we couldn't help you out. Didn't even try to haggle me for more down payment or let me know why I wasn't approved. I'm a big girl I can take it :) Husband called them and they said they would call back in 5-10 minutes and it's been like 5 days. We we're just looking for a second vehicle. Do not shop here. They don’t inspect their cars correctly, jb weld oil pans, rig everything up, and strip out bolts! Literally put 4,000 miles on a vehicle they sold me and I have about $6,000 in repairs that need done. Go somewhere else that’ll inspect their cars properly for resale. I had multiple problems from the beginning with them! They “fixed it”and I never took the vehicle to get properly checked out due to traveling while working.
