I recently went into Solid Gold to get my Mother’s old engagement and wedding ring redesigned. They absolutely excelled at doing so, I am in absolute awe of my ring and it now holds such special sentimental value to me. Mariesa was absolutely lovely, had such a vision for the ring and it came out better than I could have imagined. Great service, fast turn around and good pricing. Highly recommend, 10/10.

After spending many thousands of dollars at Solid Gold Jewellery over the years, I'm incredibly disappointed with how they've handled a recent service request and I feel compelled to share this experience. One of the big selling points that drew me in as a loyal customer was their long-standing promise of free annual cleaning and polishing for life.
